Oak Hill Hospital Emergency Department
Expansion – Brooksville, FL

The Oak Hill Hospital project included the expansion of the first floor emergency department with approximately 9855 sf of new addition, 7942 sf of renovated existing space, and a new roof top mechanical penthouse that is approximately 1731 sf. The project did not affect the licensed bed count, and consisted of three phases, two of them in the occupied facility.
